Coverage

  • Duration: The warranty is valid for 3-years, beginning from the date of receipt.
  • Protection: This warranty covers the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and material under normal and standard use. Should your product fail due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we promise to rectify the issue in a manner deemed appropriate by our team, which could range from repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, neglect, modifications, or any other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Click the Help Menu: To initiate a warranty claim, simply click on the help menu found in the bottom right-hand corner of the PROTOCOL website.

  2. Provide Information: You will need to supply your name, email address, and a detailed description of the issue. Be prepared to include images or PDFs of your receipt and a clear image or short video of the defect or malfunction you are experiencing.

  3. Evaluation: Once received, our warranty team will review and evaluate your claim. Should it be determined that there is a defect in material or workmanship, we will proceed with the most suitable rectification method.

  4. Resolution: Our dedicated team communicate with you at the email address you provided and will guide you through the next steps, whether it's repairing, replacing, or refunding your product.

Note: Shipping charges may apply, depending on the nature and location of the claim. Customers will be notified if any such charges are applicable during the claim process.
